At Taylor Electric, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. The more our people grow, the more our entire organization grows. We believe in providing our people with the resources to do their job. Then we empower them to get the job done.

Apprenticeship Training. - Our training is run by the various community colleges. We have a 5-year program with the first year consisting of on-the-job-training. The remaining 4 years consist of both on-the-job-training and formal classroom training, with partial reimbursement towards tuition & books. Our team members receive Federal licensing accreditation upon completion of their training.

Advanced Continuing Education. - Those willing to take advanced continuing education can move along our established career path to higher levels. The majority of our advanced leadership positions are filled through internal growth.
