Intermountain Medical Center Central Plant
This central plant was constructed to supply all utilities to the
1.2 million square feet Intermountain Medical Center located in Murray,
Utah. The central plant included furnishing power and controls for
(4) - 30 million BTU/H boilers, (4) 1,250 ton chillers, (4) cooling
towers and a brine water softener system complete with Variable Frequency
Drives.

Logan Regional Hospital
The Logan Regional Hospital Expansion consisted of a 104,000 sq. ft.
Women’s Center Addition. The new woman’s center contained
80 labor and delivery rooms, two C section operating rooms, twelve
NICU beds and state of the art Nurse Call, CCTV, Access Control, Voice/Data,
Paging and Fire Alarm systems.

University of Utah Eccles Critical Care Pavilion
This 55,758 square foot addition added two levels of patient care
rooms to the existing structure. The fourth level was left as a shell
allowing for future build out. The fifth floor gives an additional
26 patient rooms along with support area to serve its patients. The
existing three floors remained in operation during the expansion.

University of Utah Lot 51 & Helipad Expansion
This project consisted of adding four levels to the existing parking
structure as well as a new helipad on the top level. In all the four
levels added 129,285 square feet to the existing structure. The helipad
is large enough for three helicopters simultaneously. A new fueling
station was constructed on the lower level.

University of Utah Hospital Expansion - West Pavilion
This 253,000 square foot addition to the existing facility will add
94 patient care rooms and a state of the art kitchen and dining area.
Two 1000 KW generators were added to the existing parallel switchgear.
Four 1500 KVA transformers were added for the new service to the building.
