This 55,758 square foot addition added two levels of patient care rooms to the existing structure. The fourth level was left as a shell allowing for future build out. The fifth floor gives an additional 26 patient rooms along with support area to serve its patients. The existing three floors remained in operation during the expansion.

The existing penthouse was left in tack and the fourth floor was constructed around it. A new mechanical penthouse was constructed in order to service the needs of the expansion. Further, the elevator equipment room was relocated to the fifth floor as well as the three elevators were extended.
