Emma Eccles Jones Medical Sciences Building
EEJ Medical Sciences Building is a six story 124,000 square foot research
facility on the University of Utah’s campus. The entire structure
is made of poured-in-place concrete in order to meet the strict guidelines
of the vibration requirements. This type of construction posed a great
challenge for the men on site as planning and coordination was critical.

Granite Administration Building
The Granite Administration Building was a 144,600 square foot conversion
of an old hospital into a new LEED certified main office and educational
complex for the Granite School District. The five story tower that
was once used to house patients was transformed into four large classroom
wings for the applied technology department. An extensive amount of
low voltage systems were installed and the building utilizes a daylight
harvesting system and occupancy sensors. Many of the existing light
fixtures were retrofitted to utilize T-5 lamps and ballasts.

Park City High School
This was a 138,000 square foot two story LEED Certified addition that
adds additional classrooms, common areas, kitchen, TV studio, black
box theatre and locker rooms to the existing high school. The electrical
service was upgraded to 3000 amps and received new building systems
such as fire alarm, CCTV and audio visual systems to all class rooms.

Las Vegas PBS
This new 112,000 square foot Educational Technology Campus is going to be submitted for LEED Gold Certification and is planned to be one of the most energy efficient,
sustainability designed and environmentally friendly complexes in the state of Nevada. This facility features the Clark County School District’s Virtual High School and
Educational Media Center as well as Homeland Security and Emergency Response support system and all Vegas PBS departments.
