This was a 138,000 square foot two story LEED Certified addition that adds additional classrooms, common areas, kitchen, TV studio, black box theatre and locker rooms to the existing high school. The electrical service was upgraded to 3000 amps and received new building systems such as fire alarm, CCTV and audio visual systems to all class rooms.

This project was done in multiple phases all while school was in session. The parking area was redone and received new sight lighting. Twice during construction the facility was maintained in order for the prestigious Sundance Film Festival to be held.
